It's worth noting that they felt it appropriate to insult me in their last message, saying that I was probably a man that was too big for the pillow and that's why I was having issues.

Update: I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau and go back and forth with them several times, but they finally gave me a full refund. I notice that they only have 4 and 5 star reviews listed on their website, so it seems like they manipulate those. I submitted a similar review to their website and it hasn't appeared. Buy from Amazon instead so you'll get it in a timely fashion and actually be able to return it and get your money back. If you want to try it out, DONT BUY IT FROM THEIR WEBSITE. If you order a pillowcase to go with the pillow, your shipping cost doubles. I am really frustrated wanted to tell others about my experience with this sneaky company. Secondly, I bought this because although finances are tight with a baby on the way, at least it had a money back guarantee. (I have 4 months of mandatory side sleeping to go, and am uncomfortable enough without my neck hurting.) However this pillow is awful - I had to stop using it after 20 mins because it hurt my neck so much.
